New Jersey Triathlon Symposium

Tickets: $25.00 for South Jersey Triathlon Club Members, $30.00 for non members and 35.00 at the door.

Buffet lunch of soup and sandwiches included. Cash bar available.
 
Speakers begin at noon and include:

Steve Brown – Editor, triathlete and cancer survivor to share his story
Bruckner Chase - Marathon swimmer extraordinaire   
David Stretanski – Chi Running specialist 
Steve DelMonte - Local race director and elite athlete to discuss bike training   
James Farrell – Chiropractor and Massage Therapist

Local bike shops and representatives will be on hand to discuss proper fit and selection of new bikes.A panel of elite triathletes will answer training questions.Experts will be on hand to discuss nutritional questions and local race options, with plenty of door prizes to go around.

This is a great way to keep the motivation up during the winter months.
