A Dose of Medicine
After last weekend's bust at ChesapeakeMan, and now that I am fully recovered, I needed something fun and easy to help shake the remaining cobwebs from my psyche....

Just a quick note to let everyone know that yesterday I had my semi annual check in with my oncologoist. Although this is typically a quick in-and-out appointment, it is one that causes a little bit of anxiety for me.
