Happy Anniversary
So, today is the day. I was diagnosed with leukemia on this day ….February 24th, 2006. While this anniversary isn’t exactly a cause to celebrate, it is a day of reflection, and a day to show appreciation of many people… and things. I’ll save the real celebration for May 24th (2006) which marks my anniversary date of reaching remission.

Product Line to Make a Difference
I recently created and launched a small line of products which are being used to raise funds and awareness for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. A portion of all proceeds from these "train endure achieve matter" products will go back to the Society.

3rd Annual Nick Colleluori Lacrosse Classic
I was recently invited to be a part of a very special weekend and fundraising event. Nick Colleluori graduated from Ridley High School in June 2004 as a three-sport athlete and joined the Hofstra Pride Lacrosse team the next fall.

Brian Tells His Story ... In 2004, I was 39 years old and in the middle of a professional career as a public relations consultant when, during a routine physical, a massive tumor showed up on a chest X-Ray. A biopsy and scans indicated it was Stage IIIs Hogdkin's Lymphoma.
Struggles & Conflicts
I have been in a slight funk since returning from an amazing Labor Day weekend at the shore. That’s the main reason that I have been a little quiet this week. I have also been feeling like something was just a little off in the universe and I haven’t quite been able to put my finger on it. I knew something would eventually jolt my writing motivation, but I had no idea it would take the shape it did.
