Today, I'm sharing a story from Gary Thompson, a past Man of the Year winner in our Central Texas chapter and Team In Training participant, and how he was inspired by Kethan, a young boy with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).

The Legacy of Lake Lenape

July 10th 2010 marked the 20th anniversary of the Lake Lenape sprint distance triathlon. This little jewel of a triathlon is nestled away in the quiet and scenic neighborhood of Mays Landing New Jersey and truly has become a community staple.
